Baroque music from the early 17th century and contemporary compositions by Caspar Johannes Walter are played together on historical instruments. All of a sudden, an object starts moving on stage: a ball is rolling, a chain reaction sabotages the concert. Explosions! Smoke! A song of madness triggers a self-destructive slapstick sequence. Thus goes the insanity of love.
